Like most people I have dreams, goals, and places I want to go. But
I’ve always thought that there were things that had to happen
first, an
order. I may have had the courage, but not enough motivation to either
start or keep going. Then I started life coaching. Kerri has helped me
to dig deep within myself to get up and start on my future, to make it
a present. The coaching has helped with not only motivation to go after
what I wanted, but change how I do everything. It’s
interesting
what
you learn about yourself, when someone else asks what you want out of
life. The goals you start setting for yourself not only motivates you
to do them, but also helps you realize what you can achieve. Now that
I’ve had help in realizing I can go after what I want to do,
I
have the
tools to apply to every day life. The planning, the organizing, and
just looking at all my options, continues to give me daily success. It
is also nice to have someone to hold accountable for what you set
yourself up for.

Before
I met Kerri, I had never even
heard of a life coach. Yet, after just a few sessions with her, I am
amazed at how focused I have become and how much I have accomplished
towards achieving my goals. She asked me to dig deep and explain what
it is that I really want out of life. By going over my goals and dreams
with her, I have been able to realize what it is I truly want, and work
towards achieving my goals. I tend to be a procrastinator, and being
held accountable has helped tremendously. She has also helped me to not
only make some tough decisions, but realize why I was having problems
doing so. I have found her to be intelligent, supportive, witty, and
charming. She has proven to be an invaluable asset to me.

First of all, I loved the Retreat. Thank you so much for
organizing the wonderful weekend Your Art Your Life Retreat. I
thoroughly enjoyed the entire time.
I was very impressed by your ability to work with all of us who were at
least twice your age. You are perceptive and very skilled at
keeping everyone’s attention and helping them think and talk
about their lives. You were able to draw out things that
I’m sure some had never spoken out loud about
before. You
were thoughtful and helpful in suggesting ways to improve our
situations. You are passionate about helping people live better lives
and you have a gift giving them steps to do that. I believe
that
Life Coaching is the right choice and you will be
successful…You
get an “EXCELLENT” from me.
I think combining the art and coaching was an excellent choice. The
group was just the right size for discussions, painting and
accommodations. The location, the food, the wine tasting and the
relaxed atmosphere definitely added to our enjoyment. Everything well
presented and well done for this retreat and definitely surpassed my
expectations.
Kerri gave us lots of things to think about. What are our
goals,
passions & expectations? What is holding us back -
how big is
that bag of rocks that we drag around with us and sigh Whoa is
me!
