Picture
yourself
high in the mountains of Southern France this fall. The
summer crowds are gone. The
leaves are turning to deep golds and brilliant reds. As the afternoon
slowly
fades into evening, the sun finishes its journey across the sky. The
sunset’s
subtle shades of pink, amber, and blue take your breath away, and you
think
about painting them the next day. You share a catered gourmet dinner
with your
classmates, and after some good conversation climb into the cozy bed of
your
rustic but luxurious room. You drift off quickly, dreaming
of the
landscapes
you’ll paint in the morning.
 You
awake refreshed and
inspired. The
morning is filled with watercolor instruction,
taught by
award-winning artist Kathy Wood.
After lunch you might feel so
inspired
you’ll paint the day away. There certainly won’t be
any
lack of stunning vistas
or idyllic scenes to choose as subjects. Or, you may want to hike the
mountainside or stroll through a quaint village steeped in culture and
history.

PRICE AND
REGISTRATION:
Early Bird
Registration price (before Sept. 1st)
is $2795 for single room, $2495 for shared room, $1995 for non-art
guest (in shared room). After Sept. 1st, $2995 for single room, $2695
for shared room, $2195 for non-art guest (in shared room). Partial
refund for cancelled reservations prior to September 1, 2009. Transfers
allowed until October 1, 2009.
