Stick It Fitness Health For The Holidays Retreat: (Nov. 5-7) A twist from the summer Stick It Fitness Series, Health For The Holidays focuses on building a strategy to help you make it through this season of feasting and friends while maintaining your healthy lifestyle. By the end of the retreat you will have  workouts on the go for when you don't have the time or are traveling, nutrition on the fly for when you find yourself at gatherings, functions and parties more than at your own dinner table, and the motivation to stick to your plan.
