Stick
It Fitness Health For The Holidays Retreat:
(Nov. 5-7)
A
twist from the summer Stick It Fitness Series, Health For The Holidays
focuses on building a strategy to help you make it through this season
of feasting and friends while maintaining your healthy lifestyle. By
the end of the retreat you will have workouts on the go for
when
you
don't have the time or are traveling, nutrition on the fly for when you
find yourself at gatherings, functions and parties more than at your
own dinner table, and the motivation to stick to your plan.
Winter
Oasis: (Nov. 10th
and Nov. 12th)
Treat
yourself to the finest luxury on this one day retreat. The Chrysalis
Inn and Spa is host to
this Winter Oasis retreat. Being rumored as one of the top 20 spas on
the west coast you are sure to enjoy your 60 minute Swedish massage.
You will also take part in group coaching sessions about stress
reduction and managment. In addition you will have the
opportunity to explore Boulevard Park, historical Fairhaven Shopping
